How do I get my First Pair?
In order to get a custom product, we need to take an impression of your ear. Once you order we will contact you to set up an appointment time to drop by and get your impressions taken. Afterwards you can come back to pick up the final product in 3 days or we can mail it to you.
Want other kinds of ear plugs later? No need to come back for new impressions we keep your 3D scans on file and can make you a new set of plugs whenever you purchase another pair.
What if I get my impressions taken elsewhere?
If you live far from our hearing center you can have your impressions taken by another hearing specialist near you and mail your impressions to our lab. Once we receive the impressions, we will ship your order out in 3 days.
Can I Return or Exchange?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- If your impressions were taken at our hearing center (Evear Hearing) you will be refunded in full minus the impression fee of $30 and shipping fees for the return.
- If your impressions were taken elsewhere, we will refund in full minus the shipping fees for return.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing
- Your name
- Order Number
- Which product(s) you would like to return or exchange
- If exchanging; indicate if you would like a remake of the same product or a completely different product.
You may also reach out to return via the "CONTACT" page on our website. Please choose only one method to initiate the return.
The expected timeline on your refund is dependent on when we receive the returned product. On average 4-5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, feel or finish of a product we will be happy to remake it or use your scans on file to make a different product.
We can accept returns past the 30-day mark but they will be subject to a $120 return fee.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of shipping a product back to our lab if you wish to return.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
At this time we do not offer free shipping on our products. We do offer a pick-up option for those who would prefer to pick up their order from our hearing centres.

We do not currently ship internationally. All products are shipped within Canada.
Where Can I Buy your Product?
Our website is the main place to purchase our products but you can purchase Evear Protect products at our clinic located in Mississauga, Ontario.
